PLC,HMI

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): A PLC is an industrial digital computer used to control manufacturing processes or automated systems. It monitors inputs from devices like sensors, processes the data, and triggers outputs to control machines or processes. PLCs are designed to be robust, capable of handling harsh industrial environments, and are programmed using specialized software to perform specific tasks such as controlling motors, lights, and valves. HMI (Human-Machine Interface): An HMI is a user interface that allows operators to interact with machinery or control systems. It serves as a bridge between humans and machines, providing real-time data, system status, and the ability to control or adjust machine functions through graphical displays, touchscreens, or buttons. HMIs are often used alongside PLCs to provide a visual representation of system performance and help operators manage operations effectively.
