Late orders can only be placed in person on 10 March at the onsite IED office with a 25% surcharge.

Additional orders that are placed at CTC on or after 10 March will take 6–8 hours to take effect and hence will not be available for immediate consumption.

Only Demand Draft will be accepted. Cash/NEFT/GPAY are not accepted. Demand Draft (DD) must be delivered by 8 March to the IED Office address (please see address below). The No Dues Certificate (NOC) is mandatory to take stall possession on 10 and 11 March. It is available from 1 March after all payments are cleared.

No. Only the official QR-based mobile system is allowed for scanning and downloading leads.

Vehicle entry by zone from 10 March. Token system will be used. Material entry begins at 10:00 AM. Designers (stall fabricators) may enter from 9:00 AM for paperwork. Zone-wise loading instructions will be shared by the IED team on 1 March.

The construction material for your booth (outsourced to any vendor hired by the exhibitor) needs to be ready by 8:00 AM on 10 March in the parking lot. Exhibitors will be allowed only after 12:00 PM on 10 March. The construction material for the stands will start moving into the Halls by 10:00 AM on 10 March by allocated zones. No one will be allowed into the Halls before 12:00 PM on 10 March. Stall Designers/Exhibitors must produce the No Dues Certificate issued by IED to take possession of the stall.

Bare space stalls can take possession beginning 10 March (from 12:00 PM) only after NOC and Security Deposit DD are submitted and stall designs are approved. Exhibitors with constructed space will be allowed on 11 March from 10:00 AM onwards. Stall Designers/Exhibitors must produce the No Dues Certificate issued by IED to take possession of the stall.

Parking facility is available near the New Exhibition Hall for passenger vehicles. Parking charges, if any, have to be paid by the exhibitor to CTC, if applicable. Commercial vehicle parking space will be informed 10 days before the exhibition.

No, the CTC entry gates to each Hall are equipped to handle big trucks. Exhibitors are requested to inform in advance if they have any large-size consignments in order to plan vehicle movement before stall construction starts in that area.
