Where can I pick up the Exhibitor Badges?

Exhibitor Badges can be collected from 11:00 AM onwards on 10 March, at the Registration Counter of the New Exhibition Hall.

How do I order Wi-Fi or Internet?

Place your request via the portal before 1 March. Provided by CTC (Chennai Trade Centre). Non-refundable. No complimentary access.

What if I need furniture, host/hostess, or security staff?

Order via the portal by 1 March. Changes or cancellations allowed only till 5 March, 6:00 PM.

Can I modify or cancel my orders after placing them?

Accepted Answer

Modifications/cancellations are allowed till 5 March (6:00 PM). After this, a 25% surcharge applies for late orders made onsite.
There are no modifications/cancellations for Internet or Wi-Fi orders.

Question 7

What if I miss placing my orders before 1 March?

Late orders can only be placed in person on 10 March at the onsite IED office with a 25% surcharge.

Question 8

How much time will it take to process orders that are placed at CTC on or after 10 March?

Accepted Answer

Additional orders that are placed at CTC on or after 10 March will take 6–8 hours to take effect and hence will not be available for immediate consumption.

How do I pay the Security Deposit?

Only Demand Draft will be accepted. Cash/NEFT/GPAY are not accepted.
 Demand Draft (DD) must be delivered by 8 March to the IED Office address (please see address below). Post-5 March, submit DD onsite at CTC on 10 March.

What is the NOC Certificate and why is it important?

The No Dues Certificate (NOC) is mandatory to take stall possession on 10 and 11 March. It is available from 1 March after all payments are cleared.

What if I need pneumatic/compressed air?

Accepted Answer

Order on the portal. Specify the number of connections. The minimum pressure provided is 5 bar.

What if I need a visa letter?

Accepted Answer

Request at least 2 weeks before travel. Not issued for Pakistani or Bangladeshi passport holders without CBI clearance.

How do I collect visitor data (lead capture)?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a URL and login to scan visitor QR codes using your phone. Offline scanning is supported. Backup by taking photos of QR codes.

When does the IED office shift to CTC?

Santacruz office shuts on 6 March at 6:00 PM. CTC onsite office opens on 10 March at 8:00 AM.

What is the mode of communication from organizers?

WhatsApp updates will be sent from 91369 35667. Remove DND (Do Not Disturb) or save the number to receive messages.

Can I integrate lead capture with my own CRM app?

Accepted Answer

No. Only the official QR-based mobile system is allowed for scanning and downloading leads.

What are the logistics and movement instructions?

Accepted Answer

Vehicle entry by zone from 10 March. Token system will be used. Material entry begins at 10:00 AM. Designers (stall fabricators) may enter from 9:00 AM for paperwork. Zone-wise loading instructions will be shared by the IED team on 1 March.

When do bare space exhibitors need to arrive at CTC?

The construction material for your booth (outsourced to any vendor hired by the exhibitor) needs to be ready by 8:00 AM on 10 March in the parking lot. Exhibitors will be allowed only after 12:00 PM on 10 March. The construction material for the stands will start moving into the Halls by 10:00 AM on 10 March by allocated zones. No one will be allowed into the Halls before 12:00 PM on 10 March.

Stall Designers/Exhibitors must produce the No Dues Certificate issued by IED to take possession of the stall.

When can I take possession of my stall?

Bare space stalls can take possession beginning 10 March (from 12:00 PM) only after NOC and Security Deposit DD are submitted and stall designs are approved.
 Exhibitors with constructed space will be allowed on 11 March from 10:00 AM onwards.
Stall Designers/Exhibitors must produce the No Dues Certificate issued by IED to take possession of the stall.

Where do I park at CTC?

Parking facility is available near the New Exhibition Hall for passenger vehicles. Parking charges, if any, have to be paid by the exhibitor to CTC, if applicable.
Commercial vehicle parking space will be informed 10 days before the exhibition.

Question 21

Will there be any size constraints with respect to entry and exits when exhibitors are bringing in robots or big machinery?

Accepted Answer

No, the CTC entry gates to each Hall are equipped to handle big trucks. Exhibitors are requested to inform in advance if they have any large-size consignments in order to plan vehicle movement before stall construction starts in that area.
