Advance Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai (ACS) was formed in 1989 for the manufacture of:

• Air-to-Air heat Exchangers
• Compressed Air Dryers
ACS is the first company in India to (a) design a Panel A/C (PAC) in India in 1986 and after 3-years of field trials, commercially launched it in 1989 and (b) to introduce a PHE “Braised Plate type of Heat Exchanger” (evaporator) for Oil Chillers (earlier the practice was to use a shell-and-tube heat exchanger, wherein when cooled, oil formed a film over the tubes which acted like an insulator thereby decreasing the efficiency of the evaporator to around 60 to 65% as opposed to over 90% by using a PHE).
ACS, to the best of our knowledge and belief is the first Indian company among all our competitors to be awarded an ISO 9001:2000 for the design and manufacture of our complete product range (see ISO certificate on next page).
