Microverse is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of all the necessary hardware such as PLC, DCS, barriers, isolators, termination modules. Microverse has also developed its own software suite necessary for monitoring and control of critical process plants.

Cloud Suites- SASS-
Microverse offers its own cloud platform ‘SASS’ that offers various tools for better plant visibility, remote dashboards, and reporting solutions. The platform can be deployed on any of the industry standard hosting solutions or even on-premise servers.
Apart from remote monitoring the cloud suite has built in modules for managing plant maintenance, work permits,
running hours, scheduled and predictive maintenance.
The SASS cloud integrates seamlessly with the Microverse PLC and DCS solutions through in-built and preconfigured APIs. The cloud can also integrate with other existing and legacy systems through any of the standard protocols like TCP IP, MQTT, or custom protocols.
The suite is plug-in play shopping cart. Various modules of monitoring, maintenance and analytics are preconfigured in the tool and only need to be drag dropped to be implemented.
Analytics and Advanced Process Control-
Microverse offers advanced analytics and process optimization solutions that are based on mathematical modeling and AI, ML.
The analytics begin from understanding of the process and the data and works towards improvement in automated and online improvement in process parameters. A real-time indication of predictive faults that might occur is provided to operators highlighting the most probably cause. The operators are also given a window for correction that ensures that the fault is mitigated. Every process is compared in real-time to the idea process conditions and compliance is ensured either automatically or through operator guidance. This ensures significant improvement in process efficiency, safety, and standardization of the process.
The typical journey begins with data collection, dashboarding and analytics. Progressively models are built on the data to proceed towards advanced process control.
