This machine is built to deburr the zercoly tube on both ends and ensure safety and efficiency by adding automatic tube feeding and spindle speed controling. This machine accommodate 4 variant which differs in diameters. the production rate is 276 component’s per hour. In this machine tube lifters lift the tube from bunker and singling system ensure not to over load the conveyor, the butting cylinder allows to butt the tube and gantry system pick’s component’s from input conveyor & job station and place’s them on job station & output conveyor, once components are placed the deburring system deburr both the end simultaneously.
